Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 16, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ThrottleUp.ai platform operated by ThrottleUp LLC, a Washington limited liability company.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service on behalf of a business.

2. Service Description

ThrottleUp provides tools to identify prospects, prioritize outreach, and draft messages (including AI-assisted drafting). All messages are sent only after explicit user action. ThrottleUp does not automate outreach.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All new subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. After the trial period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Founding Member Pricing: Customers who subscribe as Founding Members will maintain their subscription rate for the lifetime of their account, even as standard pricing changes. This rate lock applies only to accounts in good standing with no payment failures or Terms violations.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for message content and compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.

5. Third-Party Services

ThrottleUp is not responsible for third-party services or restrictions imposed by them.

6. User Content

Users retain ownership of their content and grant ThrottleUp a limited license to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform IP is owned by ThrottleUp LLC.

8. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

11. Governing Law

Washington State law governs these Terms.
